All orders are shipped via Registered Airmail and require recipients’ signature upon delivery. Please note that orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. Delivery time is subject to shipping addresses as well as national and religious holidays, and may vary from one order to another.
Online Order Status
You can track your order status by visiting the Order Status page and logging in with your email address and the password you were given in the confirmation email you received from us.
We issue refunds to customers who did not receive their orders and choose a refund instead of reshipment. If, for any reason packages do not reach customers, or should customers be dissatisfied with their orders, a reshipment OR refund of the order will be issued. A full refund may also be requested in the event of non-receipt.
